joe miller's company is a Silicon Valley design office specializing in identity and brand development through graphic, typographic, and environmental design for clients ranging from regional cultural institutions to global technology corporations.

Principal designer Joe Miller has received national to international recognition in 68 books and publications, including AIGA annuals, American Corporate Identity annuals, The Design of Dissent, Graphis books, LogoLounge books, Communication Arts, Print, and How. He has received 133 regional to international awards for design and his work has been included in exhibitions nationwide. Several examples of work are included in the AIGA Design Archives. Joe started his career as a designer at Atari and was then a senior designer at the international public relations firm Burson-Marsteller. Joe has been a member of the design faculty at San José State University since 1988. He established joe miler's company in 1987.

Joe is regarded as a leader in the design and art communities. He is president of the Board of Directors of Works/San José and is on the Board of Directors of AIGA SF.
